To BrewPour 1 cup boiling water over 5 grams of tea powder and whisk vigorously until frothy.To enjoy as a latte, pour a scant 1/4 cup boiling water over 5 grams of tea powder, whisk, and add milk & sweetener of choice.
Our traditional green teas are harvested between mid-April and early June. Categorized by order of harvest, each has its own distinct character of flavor and aroma. After the leaves are picked and gathered, they are thoroughly washed in order to remove all dirt and ultrafine particulates.
