Water: 1 cup / 167°F (75°C)*Easy tip: Bring to a boil and let stand for 3 minutes
Leaves: 1 heaping Tablespoon
Steep: 2 min. for lighter brew / 3 min. for stronger brew
*Leaves can be brewed 2-3 times.

Categorized by order of harvest, each has its own distinct character of flavor and aroma. After the leaves are picked and gathered, they are thoroughly washed in order to remove all dirt and ultrafine particulates.
