Ingredients: Organic green tea stems and branches.
Brewing Instructions: Boil 1 cup water and cool to 185°F or 85°C. Pour over 5 grams tea leaves and steep for 1 minute. Leaves can be brewed 2-3 times.

Our traditional green teas are harvested between mid-April and early June. Categorized by order of harvest, each has its own distinct character of flavor and aroma. After the leaves are picked and gathered, they are thoroughly washed in order to remove all dirt and ultrafine particulates.
