LOOSE LEAF HOT TEA
Directions:
- Boil water + let cool to the correct temperature (see chart at the bottom). *For green tea, do not use boiling hot water as it will make your tea bitter.
- Place 1 + ½ Tablespoon (5g) tea leaves into a small teapot.
- Pour 1 cup (240mL) water over the tea leaves.
- Let steep for 1-2 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- You can steep the same leaves 3-4 times.
LOOSE LEAF COLD BREW
Morning Citrus, Berry Brûlée, English Cottage, Sunday Brunch, Sweet Sorbet, Rose Green, Lavender Green, Peppermint Green, Spearmint Green
Directions:
- Add 2 heaping Tablespoons (7g) tea leaves to 1 Liter of water in a bottle like this one.
- Seal well and refrigerate overnight (up to 10 hours).
- Strain, sweeten if desired, and pour over ice.
After Rain / Spring Green / Late Spring Green
16oz (480ml) cool water (65°F/18°C) + 7g tea (2 heaping Tablespoons)
32oz or 1L cool water (65°F/18°C) + 12g tea (4 Tablespoons)
Directions:
Refrigerate for 20 minutes and strain all at once. Repeat until flavor runs out, increasing the brewing time as the flavor becomes lighter.
Spring Oolong
16oz (480ml) cool water (65°F/18°C) + 7g tea (2 heaping Tablespoons)
32oz or 1L cool water (65°F/18°C) + 12g tea (4 Tablespoons)

Spring Black
16oz (480ml) cool water (65°F/18°C) + 2 heaping Tablespoons (7g tea)
32oz or 1L cool water (65°F/18°C) + 4 Tablespoons (12g tea)

MATCHA LATTES
MATCHA GREEN
- Whisk 2 teaspoons (4g) matcha in 1 Tbsp water (any temperature) until completely smooth (yes, it's very little water).
- Add 1 cup (240ml) whole milk or creamy oat milk (any temperature).
- Stir in 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional).
AYR MATCHA BLACK
- Whisk 1 Tablespoon (5-6g) matcha in 2 Tbsp (30ml) water (any temperature) until completely smooth (yes, it's very little water).
- Add 1 cup (240ml) whole milk or creamy oat milk (any temperature).
- Stir in 1-2 teaspoon maple syrup (optional).
