1. Where can I find tracking information for my order?

As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. 

2. How soon can I expect my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the Continental US takes 1-4 business days. Standard shipping to Canada takes 3-7 business days. However, due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we are experiencing delays.

3. Can I return my order?  What if I decide I don’t like the items I ordered?

All teas are final sales, as they are food items and for safety reasons cannot be accepted back once they’ve left our facility.  However, if you are unhappy with any non-food items for any reason, please reach out to us and we will walk you through our return guidelines. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. 

4. What if my items are defective, incorrect or incomplete?

If you feel your order arrived with missing, incorrect or defective items, please reach out to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.  While we are not responsible for damages caused in transit after the items have left our facility, please let us know if you’ve receive any damaged or defective items and we will work with you to investigate the situation and help resolve it to the best of our abilities.  

5. Do you ship outside the US?

Yes!  While we only offer free shipping on orders over $65 within the Continental US, we can ship anywhere in the world. Rates vary depending on each region.

6. What shipping carriers do you use?

We primarily ship via UPS and USPS.  Free shipping can only be provided through these carriers.  For shipments to Canada, we always use USPS as they provide their own customs agent and therefore do not require the recipient to provide their own.   If you would like your order shipped through a carrier other than UPS and USPS, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate you.  However, please keep in mind we cannot offer free shipping through carriers other than UPS and USPS.
