Green Tea Blends

Sunday Brunch · Sweet Sorbet · Morning Citrus · English Cottage · Berry Brulee · Lavender Green · Rose Green · Spearmint Green · Peppermint Green

Directions:

  1. Prepare two 1-liter (1,000mL) bottles (or larger).
  2. Place 2 heaping tablespoons (10g) of tea leaves in one of the bottles, and fill with 1 liter of cold water.
  3. Cover well and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes / up to 3 hours, depending on how strong you want your tea.
  4. Strain the entire bottle at once into the second bottle, and stir in your favorite sweetener if using.

Tips:

  • If you want your tea lighter, shorten the brewing time. If you like it stronger, brew longer.
  • After cold-brewing your tea leaves, try hot brewing them. They should still lend a nice flavor.
